朱崇抒,山东莒南人,博士,研究员,民建会员。2009年博士毕业于中国科学院研究生院(地球环境研究所);2009-今,历任中国科学院地球环境研究所助理研究员、副研究员和研究员;2009年-2010年,台湾交通大学环境工程研究所博士后。从事大气气溶胶与大气环境研究,包括大气颗粒物污染成因机制、关键组分理化特征及其效应,重点针对青藏高原和关中区域大气黑碳/棕碳开展工作,并在国际学术期刊发表SCI论文,其中第一及通讯作者20余篇,招生专业为环境科学(大气环境与保护)。
主持过国家重点研发计划“大气污染成因与控制技术研究”重点专项课题和国家自然科学基金委面上项目等,作为骨干成员参加科技部科技基础专项、中国科学院重点部署项目、国家自然科学基金委重点项目和面上项目等课题10余项。获2018年度陕西省科学院科学技术奖壹等奖,国际空气与废弃物管理学会会员。
担任陕西关中平原区域生态环境变化与综合治理国家野外科学观测站副站长、中国科学院气溶胶化学与物理重点实验室副主任;民建第十二届中央委员会能源与资源环境委员会委员、民建陕西省第十届资源环境委员会副主任。
